A Note From Advance Auto Parts about COVID-19

Dear Customers,

At Advance, the health and safety of our Team Members, customers and communities where we live and serve is a top priority. With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) having an increasing impact across the country, we want to share directly with you the proactive steps we have in place to protect the health and safety of our Team Members and customers.

Several weeks ago we activated our business continuity and emergency response teams to help ensure that we are appropriately prepared to handle this rapidly-evolving situation. We are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other relevant regulatory authorities, communicating regularly with our Team Members, and confirming that we have the resources in place to respond quickly in the event there is potential exposure or confirmed cases impacting any locations, including stores, branches, distribution centers, or corporate support centers.

We have increased the cleaning and sanitation of our facilities while adding additional resources such as alcohol-based hand sanitizer to all locations for use by our Team Members and customers. With regular communications being sent to all Team Members, we are reminding anyone who may experience cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home. In addition, if any of our Team Members need to seek medical attention, we have telemedicine options available and are encouraging anyone who suspects possible exposure or is experiencing symptoms to utilize this convenient service.

Importantly, we are communicating regularly with our key suppliers to help ensure product availability and sourcing options in the event certain geographies are unable to produce or ship parts. At present, we believe our current inventory levels and strategic sourcing decisions will help us mitigate any disruption to our business and allow us to continue servicing our customers.

We remain committed to serving our customers with Care and Speed and are confident we are implementing precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of our Team Members and customers.
